Shipping Zones

We ship our products from Quebec to the rest of Canada. All orders are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Order processing times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping times and costs

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout:
  • Standard (3 to 9 business days): Flat rate or calculated according to the weight of the order.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Taxes and customs duties

We apply the applicable taxes for each province. Currently, we collect GST and QST and we plan to obtain QST tax numbers for British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Please check your address carefully when ordering. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges related to an incorrect address.
  • Lost or Damaged Package: If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt (see email below).
